Hosting in Germany

Vuframe® Cloud runs on servers of Hetzner in Germany. We moved our product infrastructure from AWS to Hetzner and completed the move in January 2025.

The websites (www.vuframe.com and this Trust Center) are a different system. They run on Vercel and Cloudflare. The subprocessors page lists all service providers.

Measures in place

  • Encryption. We store your data encrypted and transfer it encrypted.
  • Role-based access control. Each user sees and changes only what their role permits.
  • Automatic backups. The system makes backups of your data automatically.
  • Full access logging. The system records every access.

You control your content

  • Revocable content. When you disable a share or an embed, the SmartVu app removes the content for all users. This includes copies that are stored on the device for offline use.
  • Device access codes. You set up a device for Vuframe® Kiosk with a device access code from Vuframe® Cloud. The device does not need a user login.
